I founded Legacy Waypoint Partners to help business owners understand the real value of what they've built and prepare for what comes next with confidence.

My background is in private equity, where I worked on financial analysis, due diligence, and operational evaluations across a range of businesses. That work gave me a clear view into how buyers evaluate companies, what drives value, and what can work against an owner during a transition.

Today, I work as a Finance Business Partner within one of the largest healthcare systems in Pennsylvania, supporting financial and operational decision-making for the Cancer Institute and Radiation Oncology departments. I'm also a small business mentor with SCORE, working with entrepreneurs and owners as they navigate growth, operational challenges, and long-term planning.

What I've learned across all of it is that owners deserve practical, honest guidance. Transitioning a business is one of the most significant decisions a person can make. My goal is to make sure you go into it informed, prepared, and clear on what you're working toward.
